SHIPPING POLICY

FIT EET offers FREE shipping on CANADIAN & USA orders over $150CAD.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. If the delay is significant, we will notify you via email.

All items are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. In the event of a statutory holiday in Canada:  The order will be fulfilled the following business day.

Standard- 5-7 business days

Expedited- 3-5 business days

US ORDERS: 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard: 5 - 10 business days

Expedited: 3-5 business days

International Orders:

Standard Service: it could take approximately from 4- 8 weeks for delivery depending on the destination country and custom clearance time frame.

Expedited Service: 5-7 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FIT EET will not be responsible for any duties and customs incurred on your order.

Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer/buyer.

It is the customer/buyer’s responsibility to understand the charges associated with customs as it applies to their respective country.

Incorrect/ Invalid Address

If you, the customer/buyer, provided an address that is considered invalid or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Damages

FIT EET will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
