REFUND POLICY
Clothing Items- Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges for our clothing items.
Luxury Sport Duffle bag-You have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a exchange or receive store credit
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at shopfiteet@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide the return address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

All EXCHANGES MUST MEET ALL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- All items must be complete, undamaged, and with original tags
- All items have to be in their original packaging
- Exchanges must be shipped via registered mail
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be included in your exchange package
- Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be exchanged.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the exchanged item(s). Exchanges will be processed after the arrival of the item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Refunds will not be provided for any purchase. If the customer notices a mistake on his/her order. Please contact us within 48hrs by emailing shopfiteet@gmail.com so that we can make the necessary arrangement to process an exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
