Where is my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

 This means that your shipment hasn’t been scanned by the courier as of yet. Once your shipment has been scanned by the courier, the tracking information will start to show.

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. If the delay is significant, we will notify you via email.

All items are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. In the event of a statutory holiday in Canada:  The order will be fulfilled the following business day.
